Received a quote which was as good as others and included moving my outside unit to the shaded side of my house. I had a top of the line Trane AC/Furnace installed, which was done the next day. The installers were extremely professional and had my old unit taken out and new ac up and running in the early afternoon. This required new electrical wiring and lines to the new outside unit. Saved us from leaving our home over the record setting weekend. Furnace was completed on the following Monday. Great team and I would highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater stopped working the day before Easter, and I figured that we would be without hot water for up to a week. I contacted HVAC Warehouse online and received a call the next day (Easter Sunday!) and they arranged for Milton to come out and look at our hot water heater. Milton was knowledgeable and friendly, and informed us of not only the products available and the advantages of each, but also the rebates that were available. Our new Rinnai tankless hot water heater was installed the following day. We've been enjoying ample hot water ever since.

I was home alone with three children, when I received the estimate and this work was performed. I was never concerned with these professionals in the house. The workmen were professional. I would have preferred, however, that they would have consulted me before changing materials for my job. They told me they would fix it one way--I hired them for that, and they did it another. Nonetheless, the fix functions well, they were clean, courteous, and didn't waste time getting the job done. I would recommend them, but just ask them to consult with you if they change plans.

I had a leak someplace in my home. I called HVAC Warehouse to find it and fix it. They came and made some repairs to toilets and one faucet and finally found the leak in the pipe coming from the water meter, they fixed the leak in the pipe successfully. I was very pleased with HVAC Warehouse and will call them when I have a need for a plumber again. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

The location of the pipe leak was not obviously determined, so the representative had to find it. He found the leak and repaired it. A Chesapeake City Utilities department representative came out to check the meter which the HVAC technician concluded was broken. A check by the city representative determined that it was broken and fixed the meter. The city representative further suggested there may still be a leak. Upon a call from me, HVAC sent out another technician who determined that there were no further leaks. At this point, the leak in the pipe appears to be fixed.
